
About the Role
Provide unique expertise to guide the assessment of IT system objectives and concept of operations; Guides the identification of top level systems requirements; prepares high-level systems architecture in terms of hardware, software, database and telecommunications components.
Qualifications
Ten (10) years' experience as a Technical Consultant (TC) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science,
Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
* If assigned to Desktop & Enclave Services TTOs, understanding of the concepts of mission islands, Trusted Thin Client, and enhanced VDI (e.g., remote GPU and memory scaling) is required.
Capabilities
• Design and test a range of software and technical solutions
• Use data modeling and analysis to inform and illustrate solutions
• Troubleshoot database performance issues and produce direct solutions and recommendations
• Provide, design, and technical consulting expertise for software development, software integration, monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate and contribute on the creation, deployment and maintenance of technical best practices and standards
• Applies knowledge and understanding of mission islands, Trusted Thin Client, and enhanced VDI (e.g., remote GPU and memory scaling) to meet mission requirements
